Hi everyone! I'm JaneDoe, one of Civic's friends from another forum. I'm on a lot of religious forum, because I love talking about Christ with all sorts of people! I love sharing my joy in Him, and listening to other people share their joy. Coming closer to Christ for all is the most important thing! I also enjoy interfaith discussion and trying to better understand each other. While I love coming to better understand each other, I'm not into "debate" or one person trying to convince another they are right. Rather, I prefer to respectfully disagree and carry on  As to me, Jesus Christ is foundation of my soul-- without whom I would not be here at all. He is my King, Savior, and everything. He lifted me up from the darkest dispare to His goodness. I still fall short every day, but I do love Him and strive to follow Him. He makes everything possible. Salvation is through Him. As for denomination, I attend at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, nicknamed "Mormon". |

even if i do not agree every detail of how
that’s expressed by other denominations
i like that His family will be restored and share in His nature
- the sons will rule with christ -
and that we have a mother.
i will say though that i would rephrase some of
my thread on third hour forum (trinity=family thread)
because i feel so much close to Him
and better to can phrase now what i was trying to say.
also,the translation problems of scripture are much more
extensive than anyone knows…
causing lawlessness theme of today
of modern christianity
what a mess.

hi jane nice to see you. i wondered if you are jane doe from third hour a mormon forum i still read there now and then and posted a bit a year ago. there was a jane doe there. That's me! I'm on a lot of religious themes forums under the Jane Doe name. I have the same name on third hour as I do here too… e v e. I’ve never been in lds but i know an lds bishop from a town near where I live now though I’ve not talked to him in a long time. Me, him and another christian friend of his would have good discussions on theology. i was in academia for years teaching, and that means reading lots of texts, including lds ones. I don’t debate either. i had an experience where He brought me to heaven… which pretty much ended all the debates for me. ❤️💕 |
