The Angel of Jehovah is called God in the Bible.
The Angel of Jehovah is an angel. Not soul like man. But spirit like an angel. Or, he could not be an angel.

Who was the Angel of Jehovah?
He was the Holy Spirit manifested in angelic form. No longer to be so manifested since the Incarnation of Christ.
Both the Holy Spirit and the Son are two members of the Trinity. Bot are God.
It only makes sense that the Angel of Jehovah is the Holy Spirit who was back then being manifested in the bodily form of an angel.
Time has come.

Yes one way is when the messenger / angel accepts worship . Created angels do not but the messenger / angel of the Lord ( YHWH) was worshiped and was the Eternal Son appearing to man as a Christophany/ Theophany . An appearance of God in the O.T. Hope you have a better anwer then me. The HS and me are not getting along. It's like one more never to be again. Gene has hope with the HS being a no one can be monster. Been there ..... In the killing fields propagation. Gene is like La de da ..... this is the way. No one can ever be ...... |

Angel can mean either a created being or a messenger that is not an angelic being. hope this helps !!! Are you saying that we can not know and determine when it speaks of a "messenger" or an actual angel?? FYI Greek: Angelos always appears in the masculine gender. Maybe ....... The hebrew, mercy seat had both. (female and male) maybe look at the image of Jesus, being resurrected; in the tomb, with angels at His side. . An image of the mercy seat ....... was it all masculine? |
