The standard line for describing the trinity is to say Jesus is God, the Holy Spirit is God, the Father is God...
And then to say Jesus is not the Father or the Holy Spirit.. and the same for the other entities.
I have an issue with this..in that if there is one Triune God, then actually they are in a sense the same.
I understand that when Jesus is talking to the Father they are not the same.. they are distinct..but if we seperate them.. it becomes easy to have it at least look like Polytheism.
I look at it as persona or substances of the one being God.. rather than seperate beings.
I don't mean modalism like sock puppets.. God is all three at the same time..not one and then not the other.
Anyway, I know it goes to a pint beyond our complete grasp, but I have an issue with dividing the Son and Holy Spirit and Father completely.
Revelation is the revelation of Jesus Christ.. and Jesus speaking to the churches.. and the Holy Spirit speaking to the churches and Jesus is associated with terms you give to the Father.

I learned from him that you definitely can't separate the trinity.

You are separating them scripture doesn’t as they are One. One Being God who is 3 in persons yet they are not each other , distinct but not separate.

Yeah this is the way I see it.. but see in scripture when they are doing the same thing at the same time and query whether they are in a sense eachother
