Let's put this nonsense to rest. the person who sits on the throne in revelation chapters 4 & 5 is the same person who is the Lamb that stands.
now if any other wise, I ask, "if it's the one whom many calls Father, the WHO GAVE THE FATHER POWERR?", because Revelation 4:11 "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created."
so, if it's the Father who sits on the throne, please give name, with book chapter verse as to who gave the Father power. if one can produce that name then old 101G will shut his mouth.
PICJAG, 101G. That`s a pretty good argument. Youve shown that Jesus recieved His power from the Father. That serves to prove God is a trinity after all.interesting.

PICJAG, 101G. That`s a pretty good argument. Youve shown that Jesus recieved His power from the Father. That serves to prove God is a trinity after all.interesting. FIRST, thanks for the reply. and it proves that it is the Lord Jesus that sits on the throne. which disprove the OP. and also disprove the trinity. for he who stand is the Lord Jesus the Lamb. for the ROOT of David is the Spirit, meaning the "LORD", all caps, and is not the "Lord" the Almighty? yes, Revelation 1:8 "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.". now how can the ALMIGHTY RECIEVE POWER? ANSWER, IF HE LAID DOWN HIS POWERS scripture, Philippians 2:6 "Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:" Philippians 2:7 "But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:"
NOW THE QUESTION, WHEN DID GOD BECOME A MAN, OR IN LIKENESS OF A MAN? ANSWER WHEN HE CAME IN FLESH.... CORRECT? WRONG. WE SUGGEST ONE BETTER READ Luke 3:1 Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judaea, and Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, and his brother Philip tetrarch of Ituraea and of the region of Trachonitis, and Lysanias the tetrarch of Abilene,
Luke 3:2 Annas and Caiaphas being the high priests, the word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness. who came? "The word of God". read Luke 3:2 again, because was not the Word of God was made flesh and dwelt among us? see John 1:14. but (the Lord Jesus,) the Word of God, made flesh, had not yet come to John for baptism...... (smile), so who was it that came to John in the Wilderness having the title "the word of God?"
well, I'll be looking for that answer. now this should be interesting. then we will see if God is a trinity or not.

PICJAG, 101G.In this instance the word of God is the prophecies that became the gospel John preached. Its not an appearence by Jesus as the Word. Sry.

ERROR, the word of God is thew Spirit, listen and learn, 1 Peter 1:10 "Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:"1 Peter 1:11 "Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow."
so, the Spirit of Christ is the Holy Spirit, which is the Word of God that came to all the OT prophets. (See 2 Peter 1:21). now U have to account for A. the Word of God that was already manifested in flesh, (and was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') while in that flesh) and now B. the same word of God, (which was G2758 κενόω kenoo (ke-no-ō') while in that flesh) came unto John per Luke 3:2.
your explanation please

your explanation please Perichoresis- the inter-dwelling of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit yet THEY are not each other.

Oneness of Diversity = Oneness of Perversity = Modalism The earlier manuscripts read "their" - which accords with the use of "and" in v. 16. I see U don't understand the ECHAD of the first and the Last. as in Revelation 1:1 U think it's two persons there also.... don't U? no it's only one person. as with the Lamb who stands, and he who sits. it's the same one person. but U have no clue of the ECHAD of God in a diversified state. so, see Ya. Not to defend your opposition, nor certainly modalism, but to be fair, 'and', even in English, often takes the use of 'even', and certainly does so also in the Greek. The conjunction 'and' can signify several different things, "it can be additive or connective, and be ascensive or climactic" (see what I did there with 'and'?); thus: "The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever." —Revelation 11:15

AND .... "Last" only. so once more when used in the Godhead how is the "First" WITH" the "Last", and, and, and is " ALSO" the Last. your answer please.

<snip> the inter-dwelling of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit yet THEY are not each other. :) our father, mother and Christ irenaeus described His spirit and christ as His Hands and understood His spirit as feminine. so do I.

Modalism was a natural reaction to Gnosticism’s cold, abstract deity who never got involved with man or his salvation. the Modalist’s god came to earth where he suffered and died for our salvation. This is why they thought they were glorifying Christ when they said that he was a manifestation of the Father. But by denying His personhood, they actually reduced the birth, life and death of the Son of God to a mere charade.

Modalism is a mistake but many of it`s adherents are sincere in their faith in Jesus Christ which I believe will be a plus for such people when they into into the judgement we will all go through. I think wrong doctrine will result in loss but not necessarily a loss of salvation. The wood and hay burns away from the foundation but the foundation is the salvation.

Yes and for all of our sakes. Christ is the foundation for all believers and we build on that foundation through our witness and through our faith. That which burns is our erorrs in deeds and in the erroneous doctrines we invest our faith in which is why truth rivals our deeds in importence. It was not my intention to treat you rudely. I was just making a suggestion that I believe in. Sometimes the truth isn`t very agreeable, truth can be very harsh. Truth is importent for me. Being polite is a secondary concern as are almost all other things my brother.

The expressions of God...Father, Son and Holy Spirit are distinct....but not separate. Who is talking to the churches in Revelation? It's all 3. In one God.
God is not in parentheses..it is the one being God..in three personas.
