It is just like the verse that says that now there is neither male nor female. Well, females are still female in the flesh, the verse is spiritual. Get it now? Such things have an END. WE are establishing Eternal things. God is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living. Sure they are plenty of people claiming things that have no foundation in facts.

Is dispensation a bad word? Yes this infamous word has been known to induce a panicky hysteria in some folks but what does it really mean? Well a dispensation denotes a period of time just as the word age does. The difference is that a dispensation denotes a period of time a system or organization of some kind is in force while an age is just a period of time in history. In scripture a dispensation is the period of time an arrangement God has made with man is in force. The period of time we live in now is part of what the Bible calls the dispensation of grace. This word is not the boogeyman some think it is. The USA has gone through dispensations. The Colonial days.... Independence and the thirteen states. Pre northwest ordinance era. The Civil war era. WW I era The roaring twenties era.. The Great Depression era. WW II era The Baby Boomer era and the 50's. The hippy era and the 60's. The socialism taking over era.... It all depends on what dispensation it was as to how the peoppe viewed their values and the world. Dispensations simply reveals the mindset and values of a given era. Each dispensation had its own unique characteristics that citizens lived by.

Dispensation is a greek word "oikonomian" it means administration or management of affairs, of households. of others, or an office of administration entrusted to someone. In biblical terms, dispensationalism is a means of trying to divide history into different times, to help us understand how God dealt with mankind. or how he administered his word or statutes. or who he used to administer his will (ie, the church in the age or dispensation of Grace) The issue is people do not understand what the term means. they believe it is just a means for people to divide Israel and the church (not true) they believe it teaches duel covenant theology (one group sis saved one way, while the other group is saved a different way, ie law vs grace) which is not true and most of the anger against this theological train of thinking is based on premil vs amil or postmil theology.. I think this is an excellent post and pretty much nails it down. God has obviously identified the problem of sin after his creation of all things, which he said was good. Afterward he reveals and is revealing how he solves the problem in his management of history by different principles of divine dealing with men until finally we have the same circumstances in the last two chapters of our Bible that we had in the beginning of Genesis. It is obvious that there are many pivot points in the scriptures where the management must tweek the process to reach the desired end. Dispensational teaching just identifies those pivots and honors them believiing that the goal of God is to renew all things to their originally intended image, which is good.
