"In essentials, unity;
In non-essentials, liberty;
In all things, charity."
I'm going to list a few essentials of Christianity. Do you agree with these and what others ones would you add to the list and why ? Thanks !
1-The Trinity 2-The Deity of Christ 3-The humanity of Christ 4-The gospel 5-The bodily Resurrecting/Ascension and 2nd Coming of Christ 6-Salvation by grace through faith apart from works 7-Inerrancy and Inspiration of scripture 8-Love of the brethren demonstrating the fruit of the spirit 9-Being a disciple of Christ as per the gospels and great commission. 10- The depravity of man from the fall
hope this helps !!!

7-Inerrancy and Inspiration of scripture Great points. I think I would be more specific because a Mormon would consider other books as Scripture (The Book of Mormon, Doctrines and Covenants, Pearl of Great Price). RC's would include the affirmations of the Pope ( ex cathedra). Maybe say only the 66 books...or something like that.

"In non-essentials, liberty" -- There is no question that there is Christian liberty in certain areas. The problem arises when that which is essential is regarded as non-essential. Water baptism is a good example.
Your list of the fundamentals of the faith is good. I trust you are familiar with the battle for the fundamentals in the early 20th century, when theological liberalism was taking over the major denominations. Thus the term "Fundamentalist" came in existence, but is used pejoratively by liberals and Leftists. One cannot be a Bible-believing Christian and not be a Fundamentalist.
Also you could include "the finished work of Christ" in that list. Which would mean that the humanity of Christ would be "the sinless humanity of Christ" But there are some Christians who reject the doctrine of penal substitution and come up with some other "theories". And there are some who believe that the "finished" work was not really finished.
As to "the depravity of man" the term "total depravity" is a part of Calvinism's TULIP, but that is not really what the Bible reveals. Some other term for the fallen nature of mankind would be more accurate.

"Maybe say only the 66 books...or something like that." Correct. Call it the "canon" of Scripture, which is limited to those 66 books. I would go so far as to say "the inspiration, preservation, inerrancy, infallibility, and authority of the canon of Scripture". There are many so-called evangelicals who deny the inerrancy of Scripture. But you cannot have inspiration without inerrancy and infallibility. And you cannot have inspiration without divine preservation (in the traditional Hebrew and Greek texts). Which brings us to the issue of Bible versions.
Please note that I am unable to simply quote a selected sentence or passage. When I do that and hit the "Quote" button, the whole post shows up. So I have to add quotation marks after copying the sentence I wish to address.

the roman catholic church has that concept called 'inspiration' invented to hold up their pope system.
the point however is that 'translations' such as KJV are sorcery and are not His Words.

To love the Lord your God with your whole heart, soul, mind and strength and your neighbor as yourself must be included as an essential, the essential goal, at least.

What kind of bizarre statement is that? Translations of the Word of God are "sorcery"? That is just a nonsensical statement.

Everything plainly taught in scripture are essential.
Everything.
There are widespread accepted doctrines that are not explicitly taught in the holy scriptures and as a result are heresy. These would include these that I can think of at the moment:
1. The trinity. 2. Once Saved Always Saved/Eternal Security. 3. Immediate translation to heaven upon death. 4. Pre-tribulation rapture. 5. Continued sinning by born again saints (in any degree). 6. Dispensationalism.

A Christian is anybody that has the Holy Spirit in them
“ Nobody can say that Jesus is Lord without having the Holy Spirit in them”

To love the Lord your God with your whole heart, soul, mind and strength and your neighbor as yourself must be included as an essential, the essential goal, at least. Nobody but Jesus has ever done that....God provided us with another way to be Saved—- “ Without the Law” .....it’s called “ Grace”.... obtain that Grace by Trusting in the Gospel Of 1 Cor15:1-4

Christianity begins with a Contrite or Repentant Heart....even the Phillipian Jailer who asked “ what must I do to be Saved” had the Contrite Heart that revealed to him that he was a sinner that needed help....he got the answer and it still holds true today.... “ Believe on the Lord, Jesus Christ and you WILL be Saved ...
That “ Contrite Heart” is a Gift from God and the Holy Spirit ....
“ No man comes to God lest the Spirit draw him” ...The Spirit “ draws” firstly with The Conviction Of Sin .....We must all turn to Jesus to get Saved....who will ever turn to Jesus if they are Blind and don’t see the Need t do that.
